MASSAGE THERAPY

Our licensed massage therapists will help you choose the best treatment based on your goals. If you’re seeking chronic pain relief, we often recommend Therapeutic Massage. For tight muscles and stubborn tension, Deep Tissue Massage is an excellent choice. Swedish Massage is ideal for relaxation and stress relief, Sports Massage helps improve athletic recovery and mobility, Prenatal Massage supports a healthy pregnancy, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage helps reduce swelling and support recovery. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to recommend the best massage therapy treatment for you.

Both relieve pain and muscle tension, but they have different purposes. Therapeutic Massage is customized to address chronic pain, injuries, limited mobility, and recovery using multiple treatment techniques. Deep Tissue Massage focuses on releasing muscle knots, tight muscles, and deep tension with firm pressure. Your therapist will recommend the approach that’s best for your condition.

Choose Swedish Massage if your goal is relaxation, stress relief, improved circulation, and overall wellness. Choose Deep Tissue Massage if you’re experiencing muscle knots, chronic tightness, restricted movement, or soreness from physical activity. If you’re unsure, our therapists can recommend the right massage during your consultation.

For relaxation and stress management, many clients schedule massage every 3–4 weeks. If you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or training athletically, weekly or bi-weekly massage therapy often produces the best results. We’ll recommend a schedule based on your goals.

Yes. Massage therapy may help relieve chronic neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, muscle tension, headaches, and restricted movement by improving circulation, decreasing muscle tightness, and restoring mobility.

Absolutely. Neck and shoulder pain are among the most common reasons clients visit us. Therapeutic Massage and Deep Tissue Massage can help release tight muscles, improve range of motion, and reduce discomfort.

Massage therapy is commonly used to reduce lower back pain, muscle tightness, and stiffness while improving flexibility and movement. Your therapist customizes every session to your specific needs.

Many tension headaches are caused by tight muscles in the neck, shoulders, and upper back. Massage therapy helps reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation, which may decrease headache frequency and intensity.

Drink plenty of water, stay active with gentle movement, and avoid strenuous exercise for the remainder of the day if possible. Mild soreness is normal after deeper therapeutic work and usually resolves within 24–48 hours.

Yes. Unlike many massage clinics, every 60- and 90-minute appointment includes the full amount of hands-on treatment time you booked—never shortened sessions.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage uses gentle, rhythmic techniques to encourage healthy lymph flow, helping reduce swelling, support detoxification, improve circulation, and promote healing.

Benefits may include reduced swelling, decreased water retention, improved circulation, enhanced immune support, faster recovery, less bloating, and a lighter, more refreshed feeling.

Yes. Once your physician has cleared you for massage, lymphatic drainage is commonly used after cosmetic and orthopedic procedures to reduce swelling, support healing, and improve comfort.

Yes. This is one of its primary benefits. Gentle lymphatic techniques help move excess fluid through the body’s natural drainage pathways.

Many clients experience less abdominal bloating and water retention after treatment, particularly when fluid retention contributes to the feeling of bloating.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is not a weight-loss treatment, but it may temporarily reduce water retention and bloating, helping clients feel lighter and less puffy.

The ideal number depends on your goals. Some clients notice improvement after one session, while post-surgical recovery and chronic swelling often benefit from multiple treatments.
